Shipping policy

  • Processing Time: Orders will be processed ASAP, but please be patient as I am also handling two uni courses on the side. Normal processing time should be 1-5 business days, but during exam periods or when there is a huge influx of orders it could be more. I will keep everyone updated on that on my instagram and per email. 
  • Shipping Rates & Options: 3 Zones for now - Austria (National), EU & Rest of Europe and International. 

    Shipping Tiers are offered for below 75g, 150g and 2kg. Standard shipping will be without tracking, but tracking is offered as an add on!

  • Shipping times:
    Austria -     processing time + a week
    EU & International -     processing time + roughly a month
  • Lost/Damaged/Missing Items: Must be reported asap after arrival (damaged or missing) or at least 1 month after you've received the email that your order has been shipped out (lost) per email (softsonance.store@outlook.com) or any social media channels (tiktok / instagram @softsonance)! 

  • Returns/Exchanges: See Return Policy. 

  • Responsibility: As soon as I hand over the envelopes to Austrian Post, the responsibility is out of my hands. I have no way of controlling whether the package arrives or not. Therefore, please make sure to give me the right address. Addresses will be automatically printed out using a shopify app and my thermal label printer, so misspelled addresses are not my mistake.
